He is survived by: his mother Margaret Baker Arnett (Burns); his wife Connie Baker (Burns); his son James Mitchell Baker (Sharon); his grandchildren, Justin White and Lexy White; his siblings, Timothy H. Baker, Jeff Baker, Sandra Baker, Steven Baker and Chris Marcum; his cousins, Tom Gay, Kevin Gay and Randy Gay; his niece Brittany Burns Bowling; and his nephew Nicholas Burns. He is also survived by other nieces and nephews and special friends.
