He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Taft Napier and Maudie Hollen Napier; and his siblings, Ethel Mae Napier, Helen Napier, Daryl Napier and Zachary Napier.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Rominger Funeral Home (402 Richmond Rd, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
