With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Homer Henson (Manchester, Kentucky), born in Hyden, Kentucky, who passed away on August 20, 2021 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Jim Henson and Bessie Henson (Smith); his sons, Jim Junior Henson and Homer Lee Henson; his siblings, Charlie Henson, Junior Henson and Janice Henson; his granddaughter Francheska Jones; and his great grandchildren, Elizabeth Hicks and Aribella Lovins.
He is survived by: his wife Ellen Henson (Sizemore); and his children, Bessie Jones (Frank), Ella Roark (Don), Kathy Gilliam, Billy Joe Henson (Ashley), Jennifer Collins (Jamie), Jonathan Henson (Kayla), Lisa Lovins (Shannon), Charlie Henson (Kathy), Sharon Pugalee and Karen Beckner (Gary). He is also survived by 29 grandchildren and 24 great grandchildren.
