He was predeceased by: his parents, Columbus "Cumbo" Couch and Laura Burns Couch; his siblings, Della Riley (Leo) and Vernon Couch (Wilma); and his niece Melinda Lynn Gehlhausen (Frazier).
He is survived by: his son Gregory Wayne Couch; and his siblings, Herbert Couch (Judy) of Hamilton, OH, Paul Couch (Marie) of Hamilton, OH, Roger Dale Couch, Matthew, Archie, Kenneth Lee Couch (Pat) of North Carolina, Danny Ray Couch of Covington, KY and Mary Lou Frazier (Jerry) of Wildcat, KY.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews and many relatives and cousins.
