He is survived by: his children, Andy Rice (Alice) of Manchester, Jim Rice of Williamsburg, Joe Rice of Corbin, Larry Scalf of Annville and Lisa Jackson of Manchester; and his sisters, Pauline Parks of Jackson County, Lindy Rice of Jackson Breathitt and Kathleen Osborne of Paris. He is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 1 great granddaughter.
