He is survived by: his wife Lucy Wagers; and his children, Randall Wagers (Rose Mary) of Manchester, Zandall Wagers, Debbie Smith (Jackie) of Red Bird and Dana Kirby (Derrick) of Springboro, OH. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
