With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gracie J. Holland of Manchester, Kentucky, born in Harlan, Kentucky, who passed away on March 20, 2025 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Collum Jackson and Isabelle Kelley Jackson; her husband Lester Holland; her children, Jerry Wayne Jackson, Jr., JB Jackson and Larry Jackson; her siblings, Johnny Jackson, Edward Jackson, Roger Jackson, Deloris Cornelius, Ruth Jackson, Opal Asher and Nancy Faye Mason; her granddaughter Amber Jackson; and her great grandchild Cheyenne Hundley.
She is survived by: her children, Clyde Jackson (Patty) of London, Garry Jackson (Reda) of Goose Rock, Kentucky., Josephine Poling of Goose Rock, Patricia Barrett (Bob) of Greensburg and Linda Wright (Wilburn) of Cincinnati, Ohio.; and her siblings, Earl Jackson of Louisville and Judy Sizemore of London, Kentucky.. She is also survived by grandchildren, thirty great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 22nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Wolfe and Sons Funeral Home (23185 US-421, Hyden, KY 41749). A funeral service will be held on Sunday, March 23rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
