She is survived by: her sons, Grady R. Hazlewood (Melissa) and Robert L. Hazlewood (Rita); her granddaughters, Kristy Pace (Brandon), Traci Wagers (Derek), Ella N. Smith (Don) and Heather D. Hazlewood; and her great grandchildren, Avery Jane Pace, Paislee R. Wagers, Destini R. Wagers, Kira N. Hazlewood, Braden K. Bryant and Kale F. Johnson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
