He is survived by: his daughters, Connie Miller Mathis of Manchester, Jennifer Miller of Manchester and Sharon Miller of Manchester; his sisters, Patricia Gooderum of Indianapolis, Joyce Plymate of Indianapolis and Debra Bray Gross (Gordon Miller) of London; his grandchildren, Andrew, Courtney, Ethan, Rhiannon and Austin; and his great grandchild Ella Blayke Gray.
