She is survived by: her husband Ronnie Martin of Manchester; her children, Tracie Smith (Billy) of Manchester, Ashley Goforth of London and Jacob Martin of Manchester, Kentucky; her siblings, Moltia Blackburn of Big Creek and Waymon Holland, Jr. of Goose Rock, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Abigail Goforth, Benjamin Goforth and Christian Goforth.
