She is survived by: her children, Charlie Hubbard (Annette) of Manchester, KY., Don Hubbard (Rebecca) of Manchester, KY., Troy Hubbard (Wilma) of Manchester, KY., James Hubbard (Lorene) of Manchester, KY., Mike Hubbard of Manchester, KY., Phillip Hubbard (Linda) of Manchester, KY., John Hubbard (Mary) of Manchester, KY., Della Mae Hensley (Gary) of Manchester, KY. and Diane Jones (Orie) of Manchester, KY.; and her siblings, Delbert Smith, Lester Smith, Myrtle Gilbert, Hattie Sizemore, Elsie England, Tilford Smith, Taylor Smith, Jerry Smith, Cecil Smith and John Smith. She is also survived by 34 grandchildren, 63 great grandchildren, and 16 great-great grandchildren.
