He was predeceased by: his parent Lois Hubbard (Swafford); and his siblings, Alta Mae Hibbard, Evelyn Eversole, Flora Brock and Ellis Hubbard.
He is survived by: his parent Samuel Hubbard; his wife Laura Hubbard (Wagers); and his children, Estill Ray Hubbard of Knoxville, TN, Laura Lynn Parsley of Otter Creek, Bobby Dean Hubbard of Manchester, Rhonda Gail Hubbard of Manchester and Tammy Lynn Smith of Manchester. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild.
