She is survived by: her parent Leonard Collins; her husband Eugene Eversole; her children, Diane Maxie (Jeffrey) of Greenbriar and Ricky Wayne Eversole (Jamie) of Lockards Creek; her grandchildren, Ryan Eugene Eversole, Braden Wayne Eversole, Jacob Wayne Eversole, Crystal Renne Maxie, Candice Nicole Maxie and Jennifer Alicia Maxie; her great grandchild Ryleigh Isabella Maxie; and her siblings, Willa Southard of Manchester, Denver Collins of Louisville, Leonard Collins, Jr. of Manchester, Wade Collins of Manchester, Gilbert Collins of Manchester, Randy Collins of Ohio and Shirley Jean Sizemore.
