He was predeceased by: his parents, Orstel Jackson and Dorothy Jackson; and his siblings, Donald Jackson and Linda Smith. He is survived by: his son Thomas Vice; his grandson Thomas Vice, Jr.; and his siblings, Irene Barrett, Bonnie Northern, Carl Jackson, Peggy Wagers, Charles Jackson (Phyllis), Jessie Rogers and Rosetta Rarrieck. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
