He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Frazier and Lucy Allen Frazier; his wife Anna Neal Owens Frazier; and his brother Gene Frazier. He is survived by: his daughter Edwina Morris of Manchester; his grandchildren, Keana Bray (Patrick Goins) and Kailey Sparks (Donavon Bishop); his great grandchild Noah Bray; and his siblings, Raleigh Frazier of Manchester, Jeanette Gilbert of Manchester and Barbara Couch of Manchester.
