He is survived by: his wife Louise Hoskins Hacker; his children, Keith Hacker (Fern), Kathy Hacker Conley (Greg) and Kevin Edsel Hacker; his grandsons, William Ryan Martin (Amy) and Matthew Tate Martin; his mother-in-law Dorothy Hoskins; and his siblings-in-law, Clyde Hoskins (Alma), Jack Hoskins and Bonnie Hoskins. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
