He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Bell Brock and Rose Martha Smith Brock; and his brothers, Dewey Brock, Wayne Brock, Donald Ray Brock, Willie Gene Brock and I. V. Brock.
He is survived by: his significant other Tammy Hubbard; his daughter Jennifer Lynn; his stepchildren, Gracie Smith (Billy), George Dewayne Hubbard and Kayla Smith; his grandchildren, Connor Smith and Paxton Hubbard; and his siblings, Buster Brock, Joe Brock, Billy Brock and Hester Marie England.
