He is survived by: his son Earl Runion (Katelyn) of Manchester, KY; his grandchildren, Jacob Taylor Runion, Caydence Runion and Connor Hays; and his brothers, Junior Runion (Pearl Runion) and Harold Runion of Oneida, KY..
