She is survived by: her sons, Michael Hooker (Debbie) and David Hooker (Lisa); her grandchildren, Michael Shaun Hooker, Natasha Hooker, Jarrod Hooker, Rebecca Hooker, Makayla Hooker and Hallie Hooker; and her great grandchildren, Cameron Saylor, Teagan Hooker, Tristan Hooker, Miriam Saylor, Briley Hooker and Everleigh Hooker. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
