She is survived by: her spouse Charlie Patrick; her daughter Charlene Berta (Ron); her siblings, Ray Slone, Roy Slone and Alberta Steffie; her grandchildren, Brittany Bell, Brooke Roberts, Tyler Patrick and Lindsey Patrick; and her great grandchildren, Blaze Patrick, Kenzie Patrick, Zoe Patrick, Rowan Geist and Draven Bock.
