He was predeceased by: his parents, Elder Ray and Marie Stewart Napier; and his brother Jerry Napier. He is survived by: his wife Melissa Lovins Napier of Manchester; his children, Donnie Douglas Napier (Cheryl) of Manchester and Pauletta Napier of Manchester; his grandchildren, Brayden, Brantley, Kaylie, Jace and Kaiden; his siblings, Steve Napier (Sherry) of Manchester, Gary Napier (Tammy) of Manchester, Russell Napier (Amanda) of Manchester and Peggy Henson (Archie) of Manchester; and his close friend Carri Byrd. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 30th 2024 at 6:00 PM and on Sunday, December 1st 2024 at 6:00 PM at the Garrard Pentecostal Church. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 2nd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
