She is survived by: her spouse Thomas Couch; her children, Erica Whitaker (Michael) of McKee, Brandy Mullins (Chris) of McKee, Tommy Couch of McKee, Colter Couch of McKee and Sawyer Couch of McKee; her brother David Bryant of Corbin; and her grandson Carson Lee Brock.
