She was predeceased by: her parents, William Eversole and Delora Eversole; and her son Darrell Wayne Swafford. She is survived by: her husband Amos Swafford of Martins Creek, KY; her daughter Alice Hibbard of Tyner, KY.; and her siblings, Jim Eversole of Tyner, Bessie Smith of Otter Creek, Nannie Smallwood of Sandhill and Lawrence Eversole (Pauline) of Otter Creek.

Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Britton Funeral Home (27 Old Hwy 421, Manchester, KY 40962). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
