He is survived by: his wife Joyce Ann Stewart Wagers; his father Jesse Wagers; his stepmother Hazel Wagers; his sons, Jonathan Wagers (Rhonda) and Brandon Wagers (Brittany); his siblings, Dennis Ray Wagers (Kathy) of Barbourville, KY, Denver Wagers (Molly) of Manchester, KY, Delbert Wagers (Missy) of Barbourville, KY and Joseph Wagers (Lisa) of London, KY; his grandchildren, Emily Lou Ann Wagers and Jonathan Douglas Wagers; his nephew Christopher Gray (Katie); his mother Gladys Wagers; and his siblings, Douglas Wagers, Delphia Stewart and Della Mae Wilson.
