It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Denver Smith (Manchester, Kentucky), who passed away on November 27, 2018, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parent Cordia E. Smith (Mills); his wife Beulah Rose Smith (Yaden); his children, Denver Merlin Smith and Marcella Lynn Smith; his siblings, Farmer Jay Smith and Prudy Mae Hicks; and his great grandchildren, Christian Nathaniel Messer and Ryan Chance Messer.
He is survived by: his parent Dexter Smith; his daughters, Debbie Salmons (Ed) of Oneida, Carol Myers of Indiana, Flossie Smith of London and Loma Messer of Richmond; and his sisters, Tessie Root of London, Emma Stanfield of Manchester, Bernice Chadwell of Corbin and Gelema Ferguson of London. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 17 great grandchildren, and one great-great grandson.
