She is survived by: her father Gary Koska; her sons, Sam Carr (Mckayla) of Manchester, Derick Carr (Holly) of Manchester and Tanzy Carr of Manchester; and her grandchildren, Aiden Riley Carr, Noah Lee Carr, Lola Kate Carr and Laurel Quinn Carr.
