He is survived by: his children, Lisa Adams (Clayton Couch) of McKee, KY, Linda Root (John) of Manchester, KY, Debbie Dixon of Manchester, KY and David Dixon (Melissa) of Hazard, KY; his sisters, Kathryn Dixon Tussey (Stephen) of Berea, KY and Dianne Logan (Alan) of Nich, KY; his grandchildren, Brittany, Jessica, Justin, Kenton, Tanner, Morgyn and Allen Michael; and his great grandchildren, Cheyenne, Connor, Aubrey, Marron and Levi. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, family & friends.
