He was predeceased by: his parents, AC Smith and Sally Smith; and his sister Jolena Reed. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Smith; his daughters, Karen Renee Sams (Bobby), Kimberly Darnell Smith (Jason) and Tiffany Sevier (Zack); his grandsons, Jace Smith, Bryson Sevier and Jaxon Sevier; and his siblings, Barbara Smith (Casey) of Lockards Creek, Lorena Senters (Shelby) of Lockards Creek, Mary Henson of Lockards Creek and Donnie Smith (Kathy) of Lockards Creek. He is also survived by relatives and friends.
