He is survived by: his son Ricky Wayne Smith (Mary) of London; his grandchildren, Ricky Wayne Smith, Jr. of Manchester, Daniel Lee Smith of Manchester, Samantha Hardin of Nicholasville and Victoria Summer of London; and his siblings, Donlee Smith (Vada Carol) of Manchester, Fred Gibson of Manchester, Mattie Henson of Manchester and Viola Stanley of Manchester.
