He is survived by: his wife Gail Sams Stevens; his daughters, Kendra Bridges (Brad) of Tyner, KY and April Whitaker (Bryan); his siblings, Clayton Stevens (Charlotte) of Manchester, KY, Rodney Stevens of Oneida, KY and Thelma Hoskins (Hughie) of Burning Springs, KY; and his grandchildren, Jaycob Whitaker and Cooper Martin.
