He was predeceased by: his parents, Elihu Stevens and Nackie Northern Stevens; his granddaughter Brandi Napier; and his siblings, Irvin Stevens, Terry Stevens, Joy Hoskins and Bonnie Stevens.
He is survived by: his wife Charlotte Sizemore Stevens; his children, Tammy Napier, Mark Stevens (Michelle), Ashley Anderson, Shaun, Kourtney Stevens, Dakota and Sharon Napier; his grandchildren, Tyler Napier, Dakota Stevens, Kristi Stevens, Rylee Anderson, Brodee Anderson and Preslee Anderson; and his siblings, Thelma Hoskins, Hughie and Rodney Stevens. He is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
