She was predeceased by: her parents, Dee Smith and Judy Smith. She is survived by: her children, Jason Durham and Jennifer Hensley (Tommy); her grandchildren, James Emery (Jessica), Derek Emery (Leann), Dillon Durham (Nicole), Zac Hensley (Laken), Brittany Holland (Austin), Megan Sullivan (late Nathan), Levi Sizemore and Jayley Pearl Durham; her great grandchildren, Christian, Urijah, Madison, Carson, Cyrus, Colten, Camdyn, Adeline, Avery and Carleigh; and her close friends, Gayle Hamilton and Sandy Mullins.
