He was predeceased by: his parents, Shirley Williams and Annie Dunaway Williams; his wife Patsy Johnson Williams; his son Chet Williams; and his grandson Joseph Hubbard.
He is survived by: his children, Matthew Williams (Katie) of Jackson County, Jerry Williams (Regina) of Manchester and Linda Hubbard (Phillip) of Oneida; and his grandchildren, Brittany Williams, Tiffany Williams, Jerrica Mitchell, James Smith, Don Jacob Smith, Kasie Smith, Daniel Hubbard, Holly Ray and Amanda Bowling. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren.
