He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Marcum and Ester Marcum; his brother Gary Stanley Marcum; and his grandparents, Jake Brumley, Sally Wagers Brumley, Jim Marcum and Elizabeth Curry Marcum.

He is survived by: his children, Tara Danielle Wagers (Weston) and Brittany Elizabeth Marcum; and his sisters, Donna Marcum Cox of Manchester, Rosa Lee Vallance (Mike) of Manchester, Elizabeth Saylor (Robert) of Manchester and Deborah Reid (Doug) of Manchester. He is also survived by father, grandfather, brother and friend.
