He is survived by: his wife Judy Mills (Smith); his children, Robert Mills of Manchester, Daniel Mills of Manchester, Kevin Mills of Manchester and Laura Mills Smith (Scott) of London; his sister Gearldene Mills of Manchester; his grandchildren, Colton, Kayla Smith, Audrey Smith, Amelia Hoskins and Korey Mullins; and his great grandchildren, Brianna Hoskins, Skyelyn Smith and Allie Smith.
