He is survived by: his daughter Melissa Doll (Arthur); his granddaughter Jolene Fields; his great grandchildren, Kade and Kylee; his sisters, Harriet Meyer and Betty Wright (Dick); his nieces and nephews, Brenda Marsee, Sheila Brumley, Paul Mills, Dana Wolfe and Darrell Meeks; and his close friends, Brianna Clowers and Donna Garrison.
