It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles E. Cottrell (Manchester, Kentucky), who passed away on November 28, 2022, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James A. Cottrell and Bertha Cottrell; his wife Lucy Cottrell; his son Terry Wayne Bowling; and his siblings, Lorene Roberts, Flossie, Flora Cottrell and James Cottrell.
He is survived by: his daughter Diane Bowling Cottrell; his grandchildren, Robert Jason Gross, Leslie Brian Gross (Miranda) and Julianna Montonya; his great grandchildren, Bryan Gross, Stromie Gross, Lorelei Gross, Eli Gross and Summer Jarvis; his siblings, Jack Cottrell, Mack Cottrell, Mildred Smith and Joan Reid; and his extended family Shahawna Dezarn. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
