He is survived by: his wife Hazel Gray Smith; his sons, Douglas Smith of Manchester, KY, Gary Smith (Pamela) of Manchester, KY, Cecil Darrell Smith (Libby) of Lawrenceburg, KY and Joe Brandy Smith (Becky) of Lancaster, KY.; and his siblings, Billy Wayne Smith (Deb) of Manchester, KY, Clinton Smith (Sheila) of London, KY, Robert Smith Jr. (Regina) of Georgetown, KY, Sudie Smith (H. E.) of Manchester, KY., Mary Smith of Manchester, KY., Sarah Mae Carr of Manchester, KY., Bobbie Lou Smith of Manchester, KY., Patricia Combs of Manchester, KY. and Martha Gray. He is also survived by Grandchildren and Great-Grandchildren.

Due to the COVID-19 mandates, all services for Cecil will be Gravesite Sunday at 2 PM at the Smith Cemetery at Ham Hollow.
