He is survived by: his wife Evie Sue Brumley of Manchester, KY.; his children, Westley Brumley (Whitney) of Manchester, KY, Flossie Brumley of Chicago, Eileen Reid (Beve) of Manchester, KY and Marietta Sizemore of Manchester, KY; his stepchildren, Anthony Gregory of Manchester, KY., Michael Gregory of Manchester, KY., Mark Jackson of Manchester, KY., Anthony Jackson of Manchester, KY., Kirsten Brumley of Manchester, KY. and Michelle Fogle of Manchester, KY.; his grandchildren, Jayden Brumley, Makenzie Williams Brumley, Bobby Sams, Brandi Morris, Lena Hubbard, Marty Bowling (Buck), Jeffery Wayne Sizemore, Spurgon Gene Sizemore, Willie Carl Sizemore, Randi Jolene Sizemore, Lena Thomas, Mary Jo Collins, Johnny Ray Brumley, Alexis Sizemore and Chandler Perry; his siblings, John Arp, Georgetta Arp and Debbie Holt (Mike); his nephew Bob Brumley (Jane); his niece Deloris White (L. J.); his close friends, Mitch Allen, Tyra and Patty Abner; and his siblings, Mervin Arp, Paul Arp and Gertrude Brumley. He is also survived by other nieces, nephews, friends.
