He is survived by: his children, Anthony Parks (Lisa) of Manchester and Robyn Saylor (Sonny) of Lexington; his grandchildren, Rebecca Saylor (Sam Moher) of Lexington, Jonathan Saylor (Alexus) of Baghdad, Joshua Saylor (Lydia) of Morehead, Claye Halsey Parks of Corinth, Chloe Beth Parks of Fogertown, Morgan Green (Tyler) of London and Shelby Hatfield (Joshua) of Manchester, Kentucky.; and his siblings, Janice "Jackie" Tyler of Manchester and Dalmon Franklin Parks (Deb) of Columbia. He is also survived by 7 great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
