He is survived by: his wife Anna Massey Collins of Manchester, KY.; his daughter Kathern Suzanna Collins of Manchester, KY; and his siblings, Bobbie Dean Heatherly (Warren) of Lafollette, TN, Martha Cheek (Tony) of Niceville, FL, Ruby Nightlinger (John) of Lakeland, FL, Charles Collins (Janet) of Athens, GA, Carl Collins (Patricia) of Niceville, FL and Wayne Collins (Glenna) of Manchester, KY.. He is also survived by Cousins, nieces, nephews, and friends.
