He was predeceased by: his parents, Squire Marcum and Sally Marcum; his wife Ella W. Marcum; his siblings, Leslie Marcum, Johnny Marcum, Albert Marcum, Squire Jr. Marcum, Arlie Marcum, Mary Sizemore, Clara Hacker, Alene Baker, Nell Marcum, Bernice Walden and Mattie Holland; and his son-in-law Eddie Sester.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Marcum (Lori), Glenda Sester of Manchester, KY. and Debra Gray (Jerry) of Manchester, KY.; his grandchildren, Steven Marcum (Shelby), Richard Sester (Elisha), Travis Marcum (Karmen), Jennifer Hooker (Jarrod) and Kara Gray; his stepgrandchildren, Daniel Jackson (Tasha) and Susan Chambers (Justin); his great grandchildren, Ryan Marcum (Summer), Isabella Sester, Sydney Sester, Caitlyn Mathis, Peyton Marcum, LeAnna Mathis, Hudson Marcum, Ella Rose Mathis, Drew Marcum and Mila Marcum; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Kaylee Vickers, Kayden Jackson, Skylar Jackson, Caleb "Hammer" Chambers, Max Price and Delilah Price.
