She was predeceased by: her parents, William L. Lovins and Bertha Napier Lovins; her husband Frank Collins; her grandson Jaythan Collins; her great grandchildren, Jerricho McQueen, Atlas McQueen and Levi Sumner; and her siblings, Pauline Hayre, Dennis Lovins, Juanita Smith, Sharron Shirley and Don Lovins.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Smith (Shawn) of Richmond, Kentucky and Franklin Collins (Amber) of Manchester; her brother Lonnie Lovins of Manchester; her grandchildren, Jacinda McQueen, Brittany Young, Madison Young, Albert Taylor, Wyatt Dyck, Trevor Collins, Kane Collins, Daxton Collins and Kamber Collins; and her great grandchildren, Bentley Young, Gracelynn Mercer and Jackson Mercer.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Bowling Funeral Home (1704 N Main St, London, KY 40741). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
