He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard Hale and Bessie Hale (Browning); his sister Shirley Hale; and his great-nephew Michael Medlock. He is survived by: his siblings, Willard Hale, Jr. and Joyce Medlock; and his nephew Kevin Medlock (Tammy).
