He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Smith and Beatrice Smith. He is survived by: his son Adam Smith of Hima; and his siblings, Junior Wayne Smith of London, Ernie Smith of Manchester, Thurman Smith of Manchester and Rosette Smith of Mill Creek.
