She was predeceased by: her husband Phillip Smith; her parents, Woodson Smith and Marth Smith; and her siblings, Nettie Jones, Leon Smith, Cleo Smith, Elmer Smith and Zelma Sharp.
She is survived by: her daughters, Shawna Baker and Tamron Ball (Tim); her grandchildren, Emily Jones (Michael), Mikie Baker (Paige), Jonathan Ball (Mariah) and Jeremey Ball; and her great grandchildren, Addisyn, Mason, Jade, Melody and Noah.
