He is survived by: his siblings, Lois Albert of Sandusky, OH, Charlie Lewis of Manchester, KY and Pearl Lewis of Sandusky, OH; his half-siblings, Irene Bingham of London, Debra Swafford of Manchester and Johnny Lewis of Manchester; and also Walter Lewis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
