She is survived by: her children, Larry Sams of Somerset, Donnie Sams (Margaret) of Manchester, Kentucky. and Gail Stevens (Irvin) of Manchester, Kentucky.; and her grandchildren, Alison Haynes of Manchester, Donnie Wayne Sams of Manchester, April Whitaker of Manchester, Sheri Damico of Murrieta and Kendra Bridges of Tyner, Kentucky.
