He was predeceased by: his parents, George Jaggers and Mae Hayes Jaggers; and his siblings, Elmer, Rev. Ed, Wayne Jaggers, Pauline Vincent, Mildred Gipson, Romie Mae Vincent, Beulah VanMeter and Chloie Day.
He is survived by: his wife Barbara Hillard Jaggers; his daughters, Linda Saling (Mike) of Mammoth Cave and JoAnn Cassady (Donald) of Chalybeate; his grandchildren, Jeremy Saling, Ashley Saling and Craig Cassady (Erica); his great grandchildren, Regan Saling, Keaton Saling, Keylee Saling, Willow Cassady and Abel Cassady; and his sisters, Helen Brewer and Ruth Oltman (Mark).
