It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Melvin Clay Collins of Mallie, Kentucky, who passed away on November 21, 2021, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry and Martha Collins; and his siblings, Bud Collins, Harlan B. Collins, Paul J. Collins, Baby Collins and Mary Ellen Combs.
He is survived by: his wife Wanda Collins; his children, Kevin Collins (Jennifer), Melvin Lynn Collins (Virginia), Donald Lee Collins (Sarina) and Reva "Raffe" Collins Short (Verlin); and his sisters, Ora Mullins, Imogene Caudill, Barbara Ann Combs and Betty Jean Burke. He is also survived by 11 Grandchildren & 22 Great-Grandchildren; A Host of Nieces, Nephews.
